We welcome the Government’s interest in personal injury claim referral fees for car accident claims and bike accident claims. In particular we urge ministers to examine the activities of motor insurers who try to “capture” innocent third parties and steer them towards solicitors who pay them large referral fees for doing so. We do not accept work from insurance companies as we believe this would lead to a huge conflict of interest. We only work for innocent victims and as we are independent we aim to obtain the best possible deal for our clients' accident claims and maximum compensation.
