Our client was riding his motorcycle in East London when a car driver coming the other way turned in front of him. The motorcycle was unable to stop in time and collided with the side of the car causing an accident. The third party (other car) disputed liability. We made a bike accident claim against the third party and after negotiation the third party insurer accepted liability in full. We recovered over £6,000 for the client including the cost of a replacement vehicle, damage to his motorbike. Our client only had third party insurance so we represented him throughout the claim. Our client did not make a claim for any injury.
