How far do I have to travel to make my road accident claim?

Vamco and our specialist lawyers deal with most claims by phone, mail and email. If we need to take a detailed statement from you we will appoint one of our trained representatives to make an appointment with you, and a time and place for a meeting can be agreed to suit you. Our representatives can visit you in the evening if necessary if you are at work during the day, and at a time and place to suit – either at your own home or at a place convenient to you.
 
If we appoint a medical expert to assess the extent of any injury, we will do our best to arrange an appointment with a specialist as close as possible to your home.
 
Even if we have to issue proceedings against the third party on your behalf, it is very rare indeed that these cases go to Court. In nearly every case the claim is settled before then.
