Provided that you have co-operated with your solicitor and turned up for any medical appointments arranged for you, you will receive 100 per cent of your compensation received from the other side if you win, as we would normally expect. The other side will also have to pay your solicitor’s costs in making and negotiating your claim, as well as their own solicitor’s costs and Court fees.
If you do not win your case, provided that you have co-operated with us, we will not charge you for work carried out by your solicitor, and we arrange insurance to cover you for any cost s claimed by the other side.
