Private and fleet drivers
Private drivers can enjoy all the benefits of a professional accident management service normally available only to large fleet operators, AND AT NO COST TO YOU THE DRIVER:
Repairs carried out where you want them done - main dealer or your preferred local body shop. Or we can allocate your repairs to one of our network of professional vehicle repairers. We will negotiate directly with the insurance company on your behalf.
For non-fault drivers we will manage your claim, arrange for inspection by an independent engineer, and recover the cost of repairs directly from the insurer. You will not even have to pay the excess on your policy or worry about putting your no-claims bonus in jeopardy. Furthermore we will arrange a “like for like” replacement vehicle for you and recover the cost directly from the insurers.

Big or small businesses
We offer a complete accident management programme for the small businessman or fleet operator. This includes vehicle inspection and repairs with regular management reporting. For the small business or tradesman our service includes the provision of a replacement vehicle while your own is off the road, and in the case of a non-fault claim we will recover the cost directly from the insurers.
